Intro to Ballet
(Ages 16+)
Intro to Ballet covers the very basics of ballet in a slow and patient method.
Our specialty is teaching adults to dance for the first time, ever. You're welcome here and you'll feel good after class!

We cover the definitions and meanings of movements and steps. We also cover the basics and technical aspects of each step and movement setting dancers up to have a solid foundation to grow from.

We're here to watch and help you succeed!

Intro to Ballet is held on Fridays from 6:00 - 7:00pm.
Classes begin September 8th, 2025.
Dancers are required to wear the proper apparel to class.

Ballet 1
(Ages 16+)
Ballet 1 is the next progression after Intro to Ballet. In this class students build upon the basics that they've learned.
Musicality is emphasized in class and further explored and taught.

Dancers can expect class to move slightly faster than Intro to Ballet. Dancers are still learning steps and practicing plus building upon their ballet foundations.
​
Ballet 1 is held on Mondays from 6:45 - 7:45pm.
Classes begin September 8th, 2025.
Dancers are required to wear the proper apparel to class.


Pre-Pointe
(Ages 16+)
Pre - Pointe helps dancers prepare to get on pointe and aids dancers recently on pointe to begin working at the barre and in the center.

In this class dancers build their foot strength and flexibility. Ballet fundamentals are further practiced, and dancers get to learn the art of pointe work.

Pre-pointe is held on Mondays from 7:45 - 8:30pm.
Classes begin September 8th, 2025.
Dancers are required to wear the proper apparel to class.
Ballet 3
(Ages 16+)
Ballet 3 is for dancers who are on pointe.​
Dancers will take barre in pointe.

Ballet 3 is held on Fridays from 7:00 - 8:15pm.
Classes begin September 8th, 2025.
Dancers are required to wear the proper apparel to class.

Variations
(Ages 16+)
In Variations dancers will learn variations from classical ballets and improve their technique and artistry.

Variations is held on Wednesdays from 8:00 - 8:30pm.
Classes begin September 8th, 2025.
Dancers are required to wear the proper apparel to class.

Partnering
(Ages 16+)
Partnering is the art of moving and supporting another dancer while performing. All dancers benefit from learning partnering.
​
In Partnering dancers will learn the basics of partnering and will learn pas de deux from classical ballets.
​
Partnering is currently not offered

Dancers are required to wear the proper apparel to class.

Dancers in dress code A must wear a black leotard with short sleeves, grey tights, and black shoes.
​
Short hair whether wearing dress code A or B must be out of the face and long hair must be secured in a bun.
​
No necklaces, bracelets, or dangly earrings allowed in class.

Dancers in dress code B must wear a black leotard with spaghetti straps, pink tights, and pink shoes.
​
Short hair whether wearing dress code A or B must be out of the face and long hair must be secured in a bun.

Additional Rules

No chewing gum in the studio

No street shoes in the studio

No food or drink in the studio

No touching the mirrors

No hanging on ballet barres

Dancers may bring a water bottle and leave it in the lobby to drink before and after class
-
If a dancer is more than 5 minutes late to class, they cannot join class that week.

Dancers must thank their instructor after every class

Instructors reserve the right to refuse to teach a dancer if they're misbehaving or damaging property during class.
