YD Ballet 1
(Ages 8 -18)
In YD Ballet 1 dancers will start with the foundation of ballet, musicality, and terminology. Ballet 1 delves deeper into the world of ballet and builds a foundation for the rest of a dancer's life. Whether your little one decides to become a professional dancer one day, dances throughout their life, or to just stay active with an artistic hobby; this is an excellent place to start!
YD Ballet 1 is held on Thursdays from 5:30 - 6:30pm.
Fall classes begin August 27th, 2026 and end December 18th.
The spring semester begins January 7th, 2027 and end June 4th, 2027.
Dancers are required to wear the proper apparel to class.
If student is not in the proper dress code they will not be allowed to attend class.
The Fall Season is $200.
The Spring Season is $300.
Pay in full at the beginning of the fall season for both seasons for discounted tuition at a total of $475

Pay in full at the beginning of the fall season for both seasons for $475 for Monday and Thursday classes.

Youth Division Ensemble
(Ages 6 - 18)
Young dancers will learn the power of teamwork and working toward a common goal in youth division ensemble. This translates well into the rest of your child's life no matter where they go or what they do.
Watch your child shine on stage and make memories that will last their entire life.
Youth Division Ensemble is held on
Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30pm.
The Nutcracker audition is on August 27th, 2026, at 6:30pm. Parents come to this audition, to have questions answered and sign the ensemble agreement.
Rehearsals for The Nutcracker will begin on September 3rd.
TEC week dancers will be required to be at dress rehearsals on Wednesday; December 2nd, from 8:00 - 9:00pm.
Thursday; December 3rd, from 6:00 - 9:00pm.
Friday; December 4th (Show Day) from 3:00 - 8:30pm.
*Your child's dance instructor will be providing childcare on Show Day, and no volunteer hours are required for child's participation in ensemble. *
The Fall Season is $350
The Spring Season is $450
The costume fee is $68 per season
Pay in full at the beginning of the fall season for both seasons including both costume fees for only $850
Students will wear their technique class uniform to ensemble rehearsals


Kinder-Ballet
(Ages 5 - 8)
In Kinder-Ballet dancers will learn ballet terminology, musicality, and the foundation of ballet technique incorporated through dance games and faster paced class to keep little minds present and excited to learn dance.
Kinder-Ballet is held on Thursdays from 5:30 - 6:20pm.
Fall classes begin August 27th, 2026 and end December 18th
Spring semester begins January 7th, 2027 and ends June 4th, 2027.
Dancers are required to wear the proper apparel to class, and a parent, guardian, or caretaker must remain in the lobby while class is in session.
The Fall Season is $200
The Winter Season is $300
Pay in full at the beginning of the fall season for both seasons for $475

YD Pre-Pointe
(Ages 10 - 18)
In YD Pre-Pointe dancers will build their strength to eventually dance on pointe.
Dancers MUST be 12 years old and pass pointe evaluation by their instructor to take this class in pointe.
Pre-Pointe is held on Mondays from 6:30pm - 7:00pm.
Fall classes begin August 24th, 2026 and end December 18th.
Winter classes begin January 5th, 2027 and end June 1st, 2027.
Dancers are required to wear their technique class uniform to their pre-pointe class.
The Fall Season is $200.
The Winter Season is $300.

Intro to ISTD Tap
(Ages 10 +)
Have you ever watched Vera-Ellen tap across the big screen in White Christmas and wondered if you or your child could ever learn to tap like that?
Well, Vera-Ellen excelled in Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing tap, which is the British method for tap.
Trillium houses the only ISTD tap class in mid-west.
Want to have rhythm? Want to be light on your feet as you tap to the beat? ISTD Tap is where it's at.
Try it out now!
This class is for dancers 10 and up.
Dancers under 18 years old will get the YD discount of registering for the entire semester. Dancers 18 and older will pay the adult rate for classes.

Dancers who participate in private lessons throughout the spring semester will get to perform a solo at our spring showcase!
Dancers in dress code A must wear a black leotard with short sleeves, grey tights, and black shoes.
Short hair whether wearing dress code A or B must be out of the face and long hair must be secured in a bun.
No necklaces, bracelets, or dangly earrings allowed in class.
Dancers in dress code B must wear a black leotard with spaghetti straps, pink tights, and pink shoes.

Additional Rules

No chewing gum in the studio

No street shoes in the studio

No food or drink in the studio

No touching the mirrors

No hanging on ballet barres

Dancers may bring a water bottle and leave it in the lobby to drink before and after class

If a dancer is more than 5 minutes late to class, they cannot join class that week.

Dancers must thank their instructor after every class

Instructors reserve the right to refuse to teach a dancer if they're misbehaving, damaging property, or behaving in a way that could harm themselves or others during class.
